www.fashiondna.org is a website operated by David Nieper Limited, a company registered in England and Wales number 687485 and with its registered office at Saulgrove House, Nottingham Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7LE, UK
2. ACCESSING THIS SITE
2.1 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site’s services without notice. We accept no liability if access to the site is unavailable for any reason, time or period.
2.2 From time to time, we may restrict access to part, or all, of this site to remedy matters of technology or content.
2.3 When making use of the content contained within this site, users must comply with the provisions of its policies of acceptable use.

The proprietor reserves the right to report any breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate with those authorities by revealing the identity of the transgressor. In the event of such a breach, the rights of the user will immediately cease.

The DNA of Fashion has made the creative use of state of the art digital technologies to showcase an industry. Courage, energy and investment have gone into bringing this web portal to life but its ultimate success will depend upon everyone who has a part to play in the industry’s future contributing to it and using it.
The portal is the brainchild of David Nieper and its creation, a celebration of 50 years of UK design and manufacturing selling direct to customers throughout Europe. The portal’s purpose, to give raw talent, new and established businesses and our educators a one-stop shop window and discussion forum.
